Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist

We are looking for a senior-level AI professional who can work with us on our AI and Data Science initiatives, provide technical guidance, and help us build and improve our AI capabilities.

• Provide senior technical guidance on AI and Data Science projects.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models.
• Work on real-world AI use cases, from problem definition and data preparation to PoC and production.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
• Work with technologies such as RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, tool calling, LangChain/LangGraph, and MCP.
• Support the development and deployment of AI services and APIs.
• Review AI/ML architectures, approaches, and code.
• Help identify data quality and modeling issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members working on AI/Data Science projects.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and help translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Help evaluate new AI technologies and determine their practical use in our projects.

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of ML/DL and model evaluation.
• Experience developing and deploying real-world AI/ML solutions.
• Good software engineering knowledge and experience working with APIs/backend systems.
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

full AI lifecycle: problem → data → model/LLM → application → deployment → monitoring/improvement.
