Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused Business Analyst (Mid–Senior Level) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, collaborating closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful project delivery and business value.

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand strategic objectives, business processes, and operational challenges.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and change management.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs and define solution requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage requirement changes, assess impacts, and maintain documentation throughout project execution.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, business process optimization, and best practices in business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex business and technology environments.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
• Proven experience managing the complete requirements lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and UAT documentation.
